Tropical Birds Montage

In this fourth grade assignment students explore pattern and collage in the creation of these masterpieces. Each montage is an expression of the student's unique relationship with color and design. Elementary art can be surprising and the creations made from this project contain a wide range of materials and color. As a result, while familiar objects or locations may be the starting point for this project, they most often end up as a surprise to our imagination.
